With its exposed brick, original beams and distinctly urban feel, Bonded Warehouse is a unique venue housed in a mid 19th century warehouse.

We believe in the art of enjoying yourself. From our decor to our bespoke beers and carefully crafted menu, Bonded Warehouse is all about indulgence. With its original features, our mid 19th Century warehouse harks back to Sunderland's industrial past and offers a unique space, just outside of the city centre. We have spent time restoring and refurbishing this amazing grade II listed building, maintaining many of it original features and rooms.
