Available to hire exclusively, Bonded Warehouse offers the perfect setting for events of all sizes. Whether you're planning a larger event or small party, we offer a range of rooms including the Warehouse with its private garden and our Taphouse. For parties of smaller sizes, we can also offer the hire of our Taphouse alone, allowing you to create a more intimate event.

The mid 19th Century warehouse harks back to Sunderland's industrial past and offers a unique space, just outside of the city centre.
